How long will my order take?

As everything is handmade in our studio the current turnaround is approximately 10-12 WORKING days, as soon as your order is ready to be shipped we'll ping you!

 

How do I wash my items?

We strongly advise all items to be washed on a maximum of 30c wash, inside out - this is to protect the vinyl from items that could snag or cause friction i.e zips, buckles etc, as well as overfilling the drum.

Avoid fabric softener - as lovely as it smells it leaves a coating on vinyl and can ruin the adhesion integrity, which can cause it to peel and lift. NO tumble drying at all, this not only can shrink your items but can crack and peel the vinyl.

We recommend a gentle handwash/delicate cycle for items printed with foil, glitter or layered. When drying avoid placing items print down on radiators or in direct sunlight this can also ruin the vinyl.

 

There is an issue with my order, what can I do?

We quality check at every stage of the process and a triple check just before sending, but if you have any problems please contact us at hello@zeroducksclub.co.uk and we'll get back to you ASAP. If a faulty item has slipped through the net we would require items to be sent back to us within 7 days so we can investigate further and proof of postage would be required. But as stated please contact us in the first instance so we can advise further. :)

 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to all our items being handprinted to order we don't offer refunds on items.
