How long will my order take?
As everything is handmade in our studio the current turnaround is up to approximately 10-12 WORKING days, as soon as your order is ready to be shipped we'll ping you! All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked either 24 or 48hr postage.
How do I wash my items?
We strongly advise all items to be washed on a maximum of 30c wash, inside out - this is to protect the vinyl from items that could snag or cause friction i.e zips, buckles etc, as well as overfilling the drum.
Avoid fabric softener - as lovely as it smells it leaves a coating on vinyl and can ruin the adhesion integrity, which can cause it to peel and lift. NO tumble drying at all, this not only can shrink your items but can crack and peel the vinyl.
We recommend a gentle handwash/delicate cycle for items printed with foil, glitter or layered and lightweight cotton. When drying avoid placing items print down on radiators or in direct sunlight this can also ruin the vinyl.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland and Europe?
We’d love to be able to send orders to Northern Ireland and Europe, but new rules have made it very difficult for small businesses. From 13 December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) came into effect (and also applies in NI). It requires extra labelling, translations, and for businesses outside the EU/NI to appoint a local “Responsible Person” to take legal responsibility for product safety.
For a small brand like ours, the extra cost and admin mean we can’t currently ship there — but we’re keeping an eye on things and hope this can change in the future!
Do the brands you use follow sustainable and ethical practices?
We source our clothing from suppliers who follow recognised social compliance standards and use factories that are regularly inspected to ensure fair working conditions. We prioritise responsible practices, durable materials, and transparency throughout the supply chain, so you can enjoy your clothes knowing they’re made responsibly.
If there is an issue with my order, what can I do?
We quality check at every stage of the process and a triple check just before sending, but if you have any problems please contact us at hello@zeroducksclub.co.uk and we'll get back to you ASAP. If a faulty item has slipped through the net we would require items to be sent back to us within 7 days so we can investigate further and proof of postage would be required. But as stated please contact us in the first instance so we can advise further. :)
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Due to all our items being handprinted to order we don't offer refunds on items.
Do you offer discounts?
We do! If you sign up for our newsletter you will get 10% off your first order (excluding collabs) and we regularly share exclusive subscriber discounts!
